Information for Buyers

If you have a problem with an item you purchased get in touch with the seller as soon as possible.

All payments are made through PayPal and if you can not resolve the issue directly with the seller, you can open a PayPal claim for the item.

If a buyer is not happy or has not received the item, you must try to resolve the situation by talking with the buyer, and agreeing upon a resolution. In some cases this may be a partial refund, or a full refund and the buyer may return the item.

All payments are processed through PayPal. You must be as honest as possible when selling your hair or hair products. If a buyer believes they have been mis-sold, you may end up returning the money and paying a resolution or charge-back fee on top of this. Do not attempt to sell fraudulent, fake, or inaccurately described items, it will cost you.
